Layered Roofing

Description

A composite waterproofing system using multiple layers of different materials, suitable for large-span roofs. On-site analysis of the substrate strength and flatness is conducted to develop a “primer + intermediate layer + topcoat” sandwich solution.

Each layer is arranged in a hardness gradient—the bottom layer is flexible, the middle layer is tough, and the top layer is wear-resistant. Oriented reinforcing mesh is laid between layers, and the drying time of each layer is individually controlled according to on-site ventilation.

A layer thickness measurement diagram is provided upon completion. The core concept of this package is “layered adaptation,” with the material type and thickness of each layer individually matched to your roof load and deformation.
