Description
Utilizes a dual-protection approach combining crystalline penetrating materials and surface film-forming materials. On-site inspection begins with a water absorption test to determine the amount of penetrating agent used, followed by the application of a breathable topcoat, balancing waterproofing and breathability.
The application sequence is from the inside corners to the larger surfaces. The penetrating agent must be kept moist during curing, and the topcoat is applied in a cross-hatching pattern. The exhaust pipe and flue are surrounded by irregularly shaped sealing strips to accommodate irregular contours.
Penetration depth testing data is provided upon delivery. This package rejects monolithic coating; the penetration zone and film-forming zone are divided according to the substrate density, and each area has independently set process parameters.
