As the first in-depth construction package of the annual maintenance contract, this includes a comprehensive diagnostic, system waterproofing, and a long-term monitoring plan. A 360-degree on-site inspection is conducted to generate a roof health profile, followed by zoned construction based on priority.
High-priority areas receive a double-layer reinforcement, medium-priority areas receive standard waterproofing, and low-priority areas receive a preventative thin coat. Moisture-sensing patches are installed after construction.
Delivery includes a complete health profile and a future inspection calendar. A key feature of this package is its “long-term follow-up” approach; all construction work is based on your roof’s initial health rating and grading.
