A comprehensive drainage and waterproofing package designed specifically for flat roofs, emphasizing the combination of slope establishment and coating. On-site inspection uses a level to measure the existing slope, developing a local slope-establishing mortar construction plan, followed by the application of a comprehensive waterproof membrane.
Lightweight materials are used for the slope-establishing layer to reduce load increase; the waterproof membrane is applied in two coats after the slope-establishing layer has cured, ensuring even coverage. Gutters and drains are reinforced with recessed reinforcement. Delivery includes as-built slope drawings and drainage test videos. This package forgoes a fixed slope direction; all slope height and waterproofing application direction are calculated independently based on your roof’s actual dimensions.
