Roof Sealing

Description

Focuses on improving the overall sealing performance of the roof, especially for flat roofs and low-slope roofs. We use on-site moisture meters and thermal imaging scans to pinpoint areas prone to leakage, then customize a highly elastic waterproofing coating formula.

During construction, workers will work in sections according to the direction of sunlight to prevent the material from drying too quickly and causing micro-cracks. Simultaneously, reinforcement layers are applied to joints and pipe roots to enhance long-term weather resistance.

An electronic “Waterproofing Layer Thickness Distribution Map” is provided after service for your future inspection. The core of this package is “diagnostic service,” with each step based on on-site data, rather than a generic procedure.
