Description
A rapid response package prioritizing blocking existing leaks, suitable for localized repairs. Upon arrival, a dye water or smoke test is used to pinpoint the water ingress path, followed by an individual sealing plan designed for each leak point.
Sealing materials include grouting resin, quick-drying cement, and elastic sealant, selected according to crack width and humidity. After construction, a water tightness test is conducted to verify the effect, and a preventative thin coating is applied to the surrounding area.
A treatment report for each leak point is provided upon delivery, along with before-and-after photos. This package does not have a standardized construction method; all operations are tailored to the actual distribution of damage to your roof.
