Description

A deep maintenance service featuring on-site craftsmanship, suitable for terracotta, slate, or metal roofs. Upon arrival, workers will first conduct an adhesion test, remove any loose old layers, and then select the appropriate primer type based on the surface’s moisture level.

The main waterproofing layer is applied in two cross-coats, perpendicular to each other, to eliminate the risk of pinholes. Additional reinforcement strips are added around the eaves and skylights, and space is provided for expansion joints.

The entire construction process is video-recorded at key points, and photos of these points are provided for archiving upon completion. The value of this package lies in its “tailored approach for each roof,” with materials and techniques tailored to your roof material and maintenance history.
