Description
A customized coating service based on polymer liquid rubber technology, focusing on adapting to minor structural changes. We will conduct on-site measurements of expansion joints and settlement joints to determine the design thickness of the membrane layer and pre-cut grooves for the joint width.
The coating is applied in three layers: a base coat, a second layer of polyester fabric reinforcement, and a third layer of topcoat. The interval between each layer is determined by the on-site wind speed and humidity. An additional stress-relieving layer is added at corners.
Upon completion, we will provide a membrane thickness report and a sample of repair material. This package does not offer a uniform thickness; all values are calculated individually based on the number and width of your roof’s movable joints.
