A comprehensive waterproofing solution focusing on long-term performance stability, suitable for large flat roofs or slightly deformed roofs. On-site inspection includes load assessment and drainage path analysis, followed by the design of a composite system with a stress-relieving layer.
The first layer is a penetrating primer to seal capillaries; the middle layer is a fiber-reinforced waterproofing slurry; and the top layer is a UV-resistant coating to delay aging. Rounded corners are used for transitions.
Deliverables include a humidity record sheet for the construction process and a simplified annual maintenance schedule. This package rejects generic formulas; all layer thicknesses and curing intervals are adjusted in real-time according to on-site temperature and humidity.
