A wind-resistant and waterproof service specifically designed for tiled roofs, combining tile joint sealing with underlying reinforcement. Upon arrival, the integrity of the tiles is checked, overlap dimensions are measured, and a grouting and coating combination plan is developed.
High-adhesion sealant is used to fill critical areas such as ridge tiles and gutter tiles, while a breathable waterproof membrane is laid underneath to balance internal vapor pressure. Construction is avoided during high-temperature periods to prevent material runoff.
