Description
A dedicated sealing package for metal or corrugated steel roofs, focusing on seams, nail holes, and overlaps. Upon arrival, we will first inspect for rust and fastener condition. After rust removal, we will apply weather-resistant sealant to each nail head.
We will apply specialized self-adhesive waterproof tape to the joints and apply pressure to release air, ensuring adhesion to the panel surface. Double sealing lines will be used at overlapping edges, with an expansion gap in between to prevent tearing due to thermal expansion.
A record of fastener torque checks will be provided at the end of the service. This package does not have a uniform sealing spacing; all reinforcement points will be individually arranged according to your panel type, slope, and local snow load.
