Description

A comprehensive drainage and waterproofing system package, focusing on solving water accumulation-type leaks. On-site measurements of roof elevations are taken, a drainage flow diagram is drawn, and then a waterproof layer layout with drainage channels is designed.

Micro-drainage slopes are installed in low-lying areas, with a high-elasticity waterproof coating applied to the top and rigid waterproof mortar used on the sides. The area around the drain outlets is reinforced with flared openings and fitted with stainless steel filters.

Deliverables include a drainage slope verification report. This package emphasizes “water flows away, water stops,” with the waterproof layer thickness and slope design completely customized based on your existing roof elevation data.
