Description
A waterproofing package for lightweight insulated roofs, ensuring no compromise in insulation performance. We conduct on-site inspections to determine the moisture content of the insulation layer, identify drainage channels, and then design a breathable and waterproof layer overlay solution.
The waterproof layer uses a low water vapor resistance material and is equipped with one-way vent valves. Flexible sealant is applied to the joints of the insulation boards, followed by a protective topcoat.
Delivered documentation includes a before-and-after comparison of the insulation layer’s moisture content. This package is characterized by its “stability and resilience,” with the coating’s breathability index and the number of vent valves calculated individually based on your insulation layer thickness and material.
