Description
A waterproofing enhancement package for rooftop planting areas or areas surrounded by trees. On-site inspection of areas at risk of root penetration, establishment of physical barrier layer locations, and application of root-resistant coating and protective panels.
A puncture-resistant protective felt is added to the surface of the waterproof layer, and the edges of the planting area are sealed upwards. Filters are added to drainage outlets to prevent leaf blockage.
A record of the barrier layer installation depth is provided upon delivery. This package does not have a uniform barrier area; each reinforced area is individually defined based on your roof vegetation distribution and estimated root depth.
