Description
A regional repair package for localized coating blistering, peeling, or cracking. The defective area is marked on-site, the problematic layer is removed down to a solid substrate, and then repair material is mixed according to the thickness of the surrounding old coating.
The repaired area is overlapped in a stepped manner, with a width 20 times the thickness, to ensure adhesion. A penetrating primer is applied to the edges to prevent delamination.
Delivery includes a boundary map of the repaired area and material matching records. This package does not allow for full-house recoating; the size, shape, and material consistency of each repaired area are individually determined based on the severity of the defect.
