Description
A highly adaptable package for irregularly shaped roofs (curved, multi-faceted, multi-equipment foundations). On-site inspection uses laser ranging to create a 3D profile, then reinforcing fabric is individually cut for each non-planar area.
During construction, complex details are addressed first, then the overall surface layer is applied. A second layer of reinforcing fabric is added at the details, forming a “point-line-surface” reinforcement chain. All internal corners are rounded.
Delivery includes 3D detail processing images. The core of this package is “irregular shape adaptation”; the shape of the reinforcing fabric and the direction of the coating are individually drawn according to your roof geometry.
