Surface Stability

Description

This package adds a protective covering layer to the existing waterproofing layer, delaying aging of the old layer. On-site assessment of the old layer’s adhesion is conducted, surface contaminants are cleaned, and a transition adhesive is applied.

The covering layer uses a thin-coat, weather-resistant paint, with fine sand added for increased slip resistance. A thicker coating is applied in high-traffic areas, and warning signs are installed.

Delivery includes a record of the uniformity of the roof cover thickness. This package does not offer a uniform cover thickness; different thicknesses are applied to different areas based on the condition of the existing layer and your roof’s usage frequency.
